STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


  1. Payment
    We accept Fast Iraq Bank (FIB)
    Local payment offices
    Cash on Delivery.  
  2. Returns & Refunds
    We accept returns only if the item is unopened and returned within 2 days of receiving it. 
    No exchanges are accepted. 
    Once the return is confirmed, we will issue a full refund via cash or FIB.
  3. Order Cancellation
    Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
    Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.  
  4. Limitations of Liability
    Farhad flower is not responsible for delays or issues outside your control.
  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we will replace it with a new one.

    6. We cover the cost of return shipping and redelivery in these cases.
